Terms of Service

These terms apply to the software applications distributed by Atsushi Nagase (“I”, “me”), including open-source tools such as Google MCP Server and Slack Bridge MCP Server (collectively, “the Apps”).

Last updated: August 23, 2026

License

The Apps are open-source software, provided under the license stated in each project’s repository (typically the MIT License). The license text in the repository governs your rights to use, copy, modify, and distribute the software.

No warranty

The Apps are provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and noninfringement. You use them at your own risk.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, I shall not be liable for any claim, damages, or other liability arising from, out of, or in connection with the Apps or your use of them — including any loss of data resulting from operations the Apps perform on your behalf against third-party services.

Your responsibilities

  • The Apps run on your own device with credentials you provide. You are responsible for keeping those credentials secure.
  • Your use of third-party services through the Apps (such as Google or Slack) is governed by those services’ own terms; you are responsible for complying with them.
  • The Apps are not intended for use in ways that violate applicable law.

Changes

I may update these terms from time to time. The latest version is always available at this page, and material changes are recorded in the site’s public repository history.
